Who we are

Mailing list

When you sign up for news or merch updates we store your email address, which list you joined, where on the site you signed up, and when you signed up and confirmed. We only send list emails after you click the confirmation link (double opt-in). Every email has an unsubscribe link.

If you unsubscribe we keep your address marked as unsubscribed so we don't email you again. Ask us and we'll delete it entirely.

Demo submissions

When you send a demo we collect your artist name, email, music link, and, if you add them, a social link, your city, and a message, plus the time you agreed to the Demo Submission Terms. We store this in our database and email a copy to our A&R team so they can listen and reply.

We keep submissions for 12 months and then delete them. To have yours deleted sooner, email info@nvosound.com from the address you submitted with.

Service providers

We use a few providers to run the site:

• Resend, to send confirmation, list, and demo-alert emails.
• Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2, Images, Turnstile), to host the site, store data and images, and block spam bots on our forms.

Artist pages can show a YouTube video. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; after that, YouTube's own privacy policy applies. Links to Spotify, Apple Music, and other stores take you to those services.

Cookies

We use one cookie to remember your light or dark theme. Staff who sign in to the admin area get a session cookie. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. Demo submitters must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@nvosound.com.

Changes and governing law

If we change this policy we'll update the date above. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
