About these terms
NVO Sound (nvosound.com) is operated by BuildX Construction, Inc., 5054 Prairie Dunes Village Cir, Lake Worth, FL 33463 ("NVO", "we"). By using the site you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Using the site
You can browse, listen, and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Don't misuse the site: no scraping at scale, spam, attempts to break security or our spam checks, or submitting content you don't have the right to share.
Music, artwork, and media
The music, cover art, photos, videos, logos, and text on this site belong to NVO, our artists, or their licensors. You may not copy, sell, or reuse them without written permission. Store and streaming links lead to third-party services with their own terms.
Demo Submission Terms
When you send us a demo through /submit:
- You keep all rights in your music. Sending a demo does not transfer ownership to us.
- You give NVO a limited, non-exclusive license to listen to, review, store, and share your submission inside NVO for A&R purposes. We won't release, sell, or publicly post it without a separate written agreement.
- We have no obligation to respond, give feedback, or offer a deal.
- Submissions are not confidential.
- We hear a lot of music and may already have, or later create or receive, material that is similar to yours. No obligation to you arises from that.
- You confirm that you own or control the rights to everything you submit, and that you are 18 or older or have a parent or guardian's permission.
We delete submissions after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
Mailing list
List emails are sent only after you confirm your address. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
No warranty and limits
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, NVO isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute goes to the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
